As a high-performing cross-functional leader, he excels in bringing new consumer products to market, demonstrating exceptional skills as both a project manager and research engineer.

Roozbeh has successfully led teams of more than 20 chemical engineers, showcasing his strong leadership abilities. His proven track record includes designing, conducting, and managing advanced concept-to-launch projects, highlighting his comprehensive approach to product development and entrepreneurial spirit.

Additionally, Roozbeh serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Chemical Engineering Department at McMaster University, further demonstrating his commitment to advancing the field and nurturing future innovators.
